Your e-mail stallion report should contain: Stallion's registered name, registration number and birthdate, recorded owner and owner's address and phone number, Mares bred to him: Her registered name, registration number and birthdate, recorded owner and owner's address   Breeding dates, everyone of them, Method of breeding (Frozen AI, Cooled AI, hand, or pasture), If  Frozen or cooled semen, a note should be sent to the registrar signed by the Vet or AI technician when the insemination took place. This will have to be via the US Postal service.
